My wife and son joined me on the walk from RFK to the new stadium. 3 short miles and the opportunity for my son to see the racing Presidents - though inquiring minds want to know where Screech was.
The initial part of the walk was pure farce when no-0ne at RFK would let us in to the allotted parking lot 8. We spent the best part of 3o minutes driving around the stadium until we came across a rather strange Englishman by the name of Nigel who is Tony Kornheiser's sidekick and was the walk leader. Well, he is not really English though his attempts at portraying one would leave most believing he is. His humor helped make the walk a a success as was the fact we were given tickets for the exhibition game against the Orioles on Saturday.
Overall a good day that leads to the festivities of opening day weekend.
